Zuper Product Updates – January 2022

Read on to know the monthly recap of exciting updates we have made to Zuper web and mobile apps in January 2022.

Bulk actions

In Jobs, Customers, and Quotation’s modules, you now have the option to select entries in bulk and perform actions like updating a field, sending SMS/email, or deleting. This can save your time and make your work more efficient. Read More

Dispatch board enhancements

The dispatch board view now has a Filter option to view unassigned jobs. You can use this to quickly assign jobs to the right field executive. Read More

Quotation and invoice follow-up reminders

Zuper now allows you to set up follow-up reminders for quotations and invoicing module. This reminder can be sent to your customers or back-office staff through mail or SMS. Read More

Email templates

You can now create master email templates under Settings and choose respective template while sending emails to your customers from the Jobs module. Read More

Preview job card before customer signature

We have now made it easy for your customers to preview a job before signing it. All you need to do is enable Require Preview and Customer Signature under Job Settings.

Job checklist now supports signature

Your technicians can now leverage our checklist to make sure they do not miss any critical aspects of a job. We have now added a Signature Component to the checklist builder to enable signing via Zuper mobile app.

Rich editor support

The Notes section in the Jobs and Customers’ modules, now supports Rich Editor. You have formatting options to choose from- Italic, Bold, Strike Through, and Font Colour.

Upgraded job roles and permissions

As a business owner, you can now limit the roles and permissions of your staff and technicians in Contracts and Organization modules. For instance, you can choose if your staff can create, update, activate or deactivate contracts.

Quotation approval is now upgraded

Your customer can now Approve Specific Line Items in a quotation rather than approving the complete quotation. This is useful when the customer does not require all the services mentioned.

Customer information

Previously customer information must contain only the same name for the billing and service addresses. Now we have upgraded it! Your customers’ service and billing information can contain different names. This feature is available in web and mobile apps.

Upgraded lookup component

Last month, we introduced the Lookup component in Job Checklist. Now, you can easily see the part & service line item and its quantity in the Job detail view.

Planned preventive maintenance updates

In the last update, we enabled the option to create a job from a PPM. Now in the PPM listing, you can find out if a PPM has a job associated with the help of an icon.

Parts and services

We added unit of measurement (UOM) to our parts and services in our last update. We have now added Litres as a new UOM. Now you can add this information to your reports.

Customer credit card on file

Your customers can now add their credit card on file to make invoice payments seamless. The credit card information is securely stored on your connected payment provider.

Mobile app enhancements

Enhanced Job Status picker will make it easier for your field technician to choose the necessary status.
