Work Order Management

1. Master Tags

The master tags are helpful for efficiently identifying the list of jobs, customers, quotes, and invoices mapped in a single tag. Read more

2. Edit Job Category

The Job Category, Priority, and Job Type will get updated based on the current status, and now the user can edit the job categories easily. Any previous status update will not be impacted if the Job category is changed, and only the new status will be based on the newly selected category. Read more

3. Edit Note

Whenever the user wants to update the existing notes instead of deleting the current notes and creating a fresh note, now the users can edit the existing notes. Now the user can quickly edit the current notes. The new feature helps the user modify the job or customer notes without the need to delete & recreate them again. Read more

4. Assisted Scheduling

The assisted scheduling helps the user while creating the new job. This allows the user to choose the slot based on the technicians’ available time slots and availability slots. Now, the job schedule can be efficiently done with the intelligent scheduling option. Using the users and time slot options will help the back-office set job schedules flawlessly. Read more

5. Add Multiple Assets

Jobs or work orders can be created without having an asset attached to them. However, if you have the Asset Module enabled in your Zuper Web App, you can add multiple assets while creating a new job or after the job has been created. This feature helps businesses add multiple assets to a job to provide the best service to the customer on time. Read more

Quotes and Invoices

1. Charge from card on file

With our new update, users can charge the customer’s credit card for the deposit amount. Read more to know how to charge the customer’s credit card for the deposit.

2. Sort by Quote and Expiry Dates

Two new options are now available to sort quotations. The expiry dates and quote dates are essential for the business to take swift action, and hence our new update will help them decide on the same. Read more

3. Sort by Invoice and Due Dates

The tax groups section helps the user consolidate the taxes according to applicable taxes for regions or states associated with the customer. The invoice dates and due dates are essential for the business to take swift action, and hence our new update will help them decide on the same. Read more

4. Tax Groups

The tax groups section helps the user consolidate the taxes according to applicable taxes for regions or states associated with the customer. This update is a solution for users to auto-populate the taxes directly when the customers associated with contracts, invoices, and quotes are created, and it saves time efficiently. Read more

5. Product Group Name

The user can now view the list of products under a single group while adding them from a group of available products under the quotation module. Similarly, this applies to the invoice module also. The grouping of the products helps the user differentiate the items added from a group from the items that are not present in a group. Read more

6. Bulk Actions

The bulk action on the Invoice module has three action buttons: Update Field, Send to the customer and update the status. This helps users update the line items in a single click for multiple invoices. Read more

General

1. Delete a Contract

The user can now easily delete the individual contract items. The contracts need to be deactivated first for them to delete later. Whenever the user needs to remove the inactive contracts that need action, the user can remove the contracts easily with the delete option. Read more

2. Dispatch Board

The Dispatch board helps produce a centralized overview of the Jobs performed for a day and act on the unattended Jobs in a single click. The dispatch board helps the users to track Unassigned Jobs, Unscheduled Jobs, and Overdue Jobs. You can highlight the Jobs based on Job Status, Team, and Job Category. The pending item list tracking is made simple. Field technicians and field service allocation is quickly possible with the Dispatch board. The team’s work allocated time and free time can be easily tracked. With the dispatch board now, the users get more merit to handle the Jobs efficiently without any flaws. Read more

3. Multi-picker option for the job custom reports

Now, the user can utilize the multi-picker option to add multiple teams for the job custom reports. Users can now generate a single report by filtering multiple teams and categories based on the new feature’s selection. The feature helps the user to prepare more reports efficiently. Read more

Integration

1. RingCentral Integration

With the RingCentral integration, the end customers sitting in the back office can connect their cloud telephone to answer incoming and outgoing calls and receive and send SMS directly from the Zuper web app. Read more
