Terms and Conditions
Marketing Development Fund (MDF)
MDF is a result-driven fund that finances joint marketing activities to support growth, build effective revenue pipelines, and increase brand awareness.
MDF-funded marketing activities may include various digital and in-person campaigns, such as SEO/SEM, social media, webinars, conferences, and local advertising.
The funds will be paid out through reimbursement or co-op funds, with mutual touchpoints to monitor and track the program’s ROI and outcomes.
Vacation Package
The vacation package is a 3-day or 5-day option for two people and a 1-week option for four people. It includes travel, accommodation, transport, and food. However, visa processing and associated charges are not included and should be handled by the partners. The destination will be determined at a later time.
Nomination to Exclusive Partnership
Partners who meet the criteria will be nominated for the Exclusive Partnership program. The eligibility of each nomination will be assessed based on factors such as the partner’s business value, geographical presence, team size, ecosystem associations, and regional exclusivity preferences. Zuper will make the final decision based on these validation criteria, which are subject to change depending on business needs.
